This programme would cost ₦200,000 at market rate. We have priced it at ₦20,000 intentionally because the goal is not revenue, it is impact. The ₦20,000 covers administration and community management only. Your time and commitment are what determine your outcome.

04. Aptitude Test

This is the most important section in the entire form. We get to know how you think and what you already know. There are no perfectly right answers. We simply want to see the clarity in your thought process. So, don't skip this phase, and give each question real thought while answering.

Think of a business, brand, or organization you interact with regularly. What is one thing they are doing really well, and one thing you honestly think they could do better? *

This can be any business, a local shop, a bank, an app, a school. Flattery tells us nothing. Honest observation tells us everything.

Brand Architecture: Find a Nigerian brand you think has a weak identity. In 150 words, what is specifically weak about it, what would you change, and why? Be honest and specific. This is a thinking exercise, not a design task. *

Web Systems: Think of a business you know, a shop, a school, a service, anything. Describe in 150 words what a website could do for that business. Not how it would look, what work it would do, what problem it would solve, and what difference it would make. *

Systems Thinking & AI: Imagine you are using an AI tool to help you plan an event for 50 young professionals in Port Harcourt or the city you reside. Write the message or question you would type into the AI to get useful help, then in 3 to 5 sentences, explain why you approached it that way. There is no right or wrong answer. We want to see how you think. *

05. Your Commitment

This programme runs for 6 demanding months. What does your weekly schedule look like, and how specifically will you make this work?

Give real details, not reassurances. Show us you have actually thought this through

Where do you want to be professionally in 12 months and what long-term vision is it connected to?

Short-term = Next 6–12 months. Long-term = 5 years. Be specific, not vague.

What would make this programme a failure for you personally?
