───────────────────
PART 1 — TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT
───────────────────
1. DEFINITIONS
“Programme” refers to the Clarylife Mentorship Academy, Cohort 1, a six-month structured mentorship programme operated by Clarylife Global and delivered via acad.clarylifeglobal.com.
“Student” refers to any individual admitted to and enrolled in the Programme.
“Academy” refers to the Clarylife Mentorship Academy.
“Fee” refers to the one-time programme fee of ₦20,000.
“Phase 1” refers to Months 1 to 3 of the Programme (April, May, June 2026).
“Phase 2” refers to Months 4 to 6 of the Programme (July, August, September 2026).
“Student’s Portal” refers to the LMS accessible at acad.clarylifeglobal.com, through which assignments are submitted, materials are accessed, and certification is issued.
“Discord” refers to the official CMA cohort community server.
2. ENROLMENT AND ADMISSION
Submission of an application does not constitute admission to the Programme. Admission is confirmed only upon successful review of the application and receipt of full payment of the Programme fee. All admitted students are bound by these Terms and Conditions from the date of payment. The Academy reserves the right to decline any application without providing reasons.
3. PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
The Programme runs for six months, commencing 20th April 2026 and concluding in September 2026.
Phase 1 (Months 1 to 3) consists of general foundation training across all three tracks simultaneously: Brand Architecture and Creative Strategy; Web Systems and Digital Engineering; and Systems Thinking and AI-Driven Innovation.
Phase 2 (Months 4 to 6) consists of elective specialist deep-dives. Each student selects one track for specialist-level immersion and delivers a personal capstone project as the condition of certification.
Students are expected to attend two live sessions per week and submit all assignments through the Student’s Portal.
4. FEES AND PAYMENT
The Programme fee is ₦20,000, payable in full upon admission. This fee is intentionally subsidised and is not a reflection of the market value of the Programme, which exceeds ₦150,000. The fee covers administration and community management only.
Payment must be completed before a student is admitted to the cohort community or granted access to the Student’s Portal. All payments are final.
5. REFUND POLICY
The Programme fee is strictly non-refundable once payment has been made and admission confirmed. This policy exists because the application process is designed to screen for commitment, and payment is the student’s final confirmation of that commitment. Students are strongly advised to review these Terms and the Programme page at acad.clarylifeglobal.com carefully before completing payment.
6. ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION
Students are expected to attend all live sessions. Sessions are recorded as a backup for genuine absences; recordings are not a substitute for live attendance. Habitual absence will affect progression through the Programme and may affect certification eligibility.
Active participation in the Discord community and timely submission of assignments through the Student’s Portal are expected throughout the Programme.
7. ASSIGNMENTS AND ASSESSMENT
All assignments must be submitted through the Student’s Portal by the stated deadline. Late or incomplete submissions will be graded accordingly at the Academy’s discretion.
Certification requires completion of the Phase 2 personal capstone project. The capstone project is reviewed by the programme faculty. A certificate will not be issued to any student who fails to deliver a completed capstone project, regardless of attendance or assignment completion.
8. ACADEMIC INTEGRITY
All work submitted must be the student’s own. Submission of plagiarised, AI-generated-without-disclosure, or otherwise dishonest work constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in disciplinary action up to and including removal from the Programme without refund.
The Academy defines plagiarism broadly to include the uncredited use of any third-party content, including AI-generated content presented as original work.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
All content produced within the Programme — including class frameworks, exercises, project briefs, session materials, peer work, and any other content created or shared in the course of the Programme — is confidential to the cohort and the Academy.
Students agree not to share, disclose, reproduce, or distribute any Programme content to any third party — during or after the Programme — without the explicit written consent of Clarylife Global. This obligation survives the termination of the Programme indefinitely.
For the avoidance of doubt: no client work, internal operations, or proprietary business information belonging to Clarylife Global will be shared with students at any point during the Programme. All class projects, frameworks, and teaching materials are developed exclusively for programme purposes.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course materials, curricula, session recordings, and content produced by the Academy or its faculty are the intellectual property of Clarylife Global. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or publish any Academy materials without written permission.
Work produced independently by students during the Programme remains the student’s own property, subject to the confidentiality obligations in Clause 9.
11. CONTENT AND PORTFOLIO CONSENT
By enrolling, students consent to Clarylife Global referencing or featuring their work or learning journey for internal training and quality purposes. The Academy may, with prior notice, feature exceptional student work or journeys in its marketing communications with full attribution.
Students may withdraw this consent at any time by notifying the Academy in writing at clarylife.ma@gmail.com.
12. CONDUCT AND COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Students agree to conduct themselves professionally in all Programme interactions — in live sessions, on the Discord community server, and in all communications with faculty, staff, and fellow students. Conduct that is disrespectful, harassing, or damaging to the Programme environment may result in removal from the Programme without refund, at the Academy’s sole discretion.
13. PROGRAMME MODIFICATIONS
Clarylife Global reserves the right to modify programme content, session schedules, faculty, and delivery methods to maintain quality and respond to operational requirements. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students in advance.
The Academy’s core commitment — six months of structured, practitioner-led mentorship leading to a capstone project and certification — will not be altered.
14. TERMINATION
Clarylife Global reserves the right to remove a student from the Programme for breach of these Terms, including but not limited to: non-payment, academic dishonesty, misconduct, or failure to meet the minimum participation requirements. Removal for breach of Terms does not entitle the student to a refund of any portion of the Programme fee.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Clarylife Mentorship Academy provides mentorship and structured learning. The Academy does not guarantee any specific employment outcome, income, or career result following completion of the Programme. The Academy’s liability in respect of any claim arising from participation in the Programme is limited to the amount of the Programme fee paid by the student.
16. GOVERNING TERMS
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the student and Clarylife Global in respect of participation in the Programme. By completing payment and ticking the acceptance checkbox on the payment page, the student confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
17. COMMUNITY VISIBILITY AND SOCIAL PARTICIPATION
Students are expected to participate in the Academy’s social visibility initiatives as part of the Cohort 1 experience. This includes sharing at least two public posts per week on LinkedIn or Twitter/X about their learning journey, live sessions, or programme milestones, using the designated CMA hashtag. Post templates and content guidelines will be provided by the Academy to make participation straightforward.
The Cohort 1 designation on the certificate is a community credential — it reflects not just individual completion but active participation in building the cohort’s public presence. Consistent failure to meet the social participation requirement, without a stated reason, may affect the Cohort 1 designation on the student’s certificate.

PART 2 — CODE OF CONDUCT
───────────────────
The Code of Conduct defines the values and behavioural standards every student is expected to uphold throughout the Programme.
OUR CORE VALUES
Seriousness — Every session, assignment, and interaction is an opportunity to grow. Students are expected to treat the Programme as a professional commitment, not a casual enrolment.
Honesty — Students are expected to speak truthfully about their work, their challenges, and their limitations with faculty, the community manager, and fellow students.
Respect — All persons — faculty, staff, and fellow students — are to be treated with complete dignity in every interaction, in every channel, at all times.
Ownership — Students are responsible for their own learning, their own output, and their own conduct. Circumstances do not remove that responsibility.
Excellence — Students do not submit work they are not proud of. The standard is not perfection — it is the highest level of effort the student is currently capable of.
1. SCOPE
This Code of Conduct applies to all enrolled students of the Clarylife Mentorship Academy, Cohort 1, and governs behaviour in all Programme contexts: live sessions, the Discord community server, the Student’s Portal, email and direct message communications, and any other interaction related to the Programme.
2. EXPECTED STANDARDS OF BEHAVIOUR
Students are expected to: attend sessions prepared; communicate proactively when issues arise; submit work that reflects genuine effort; give and receive feedback professionally; support fellow students in the learning community; and maintain a professional tone in all communications on Discord, via email, and in all other Programme interactions.
3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
The following conduct is prohibited and may result in removal from the Programme without refund:
— Disrespect toward faculty, staff, or fellow students in any form or channel.
— Submission of plagiarised, dishonest, or AI-generated-without-disclosure work.
— Sharing of confidential Programme content, session recordings, or client work outside the Programme.
— Harassment of any kind — verbal, written, or otherwise.
— Wilful disruption of the cohort community or live sessions.
— Any conduct that brings reputational harm to Clarylife Global or the Academy.
4. DIGITAL CONDUCT — DISCORD AND STUDENT’S PORTAL
The Discord server is the official community platform for the Programme. All communications on Discord must be professional and relevant to the Programme.
All assignments must be submitted exclusively through the Student’s Portal. Submissions via Discord, email, or any other channel will not be accepted.
Session recordings available in the Student’s Portal are for the personal use of enrolled students only and may not be shared externally.
5. ENFORCEMENT
Breaches of this Code will be addressed at the discretion of the Community Manager and programme lead. The response to a breach will be proportionate to its severity and may range from a verbal or written warning to removal from the Programme.
Students who are removed for breach of this Code are not entitled to a refund of the Programme fee.
Students who believe a decision has been made unfairly may submit a written appeal to clarylife.ma@gmail.com within 48 hours of notification. The programme lead’s decision on any appeal is final.
6. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By completing payment and ticking the acceptance checkbox on the payment page at acad.clarylifeglobal.com, the student confirms they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct for the full duration of the Programme.
